Expenses are individual's responsibility and we will only offer aid in attaining required resources.

Royal Selangor Visit

Greetings members of D'Artz Club,

For next Saturday, we have organized a trip to visit one of the world's largest pewter maker, Royal Selangor.

This trip is organized to expose the different types and angles of arts and to provide an interesting event for our members.

This trip will basically allow participants to experience the process of crafting pewter items and its intricacies.

The trip is open to nonmembers.
(Please register at our booth during bis week)

The details of the trip are as follows:

Date: 7th November 2009, Saturday
Time: 11am to 3pm (approximate)
Venue: Royal Selangor International Sdn Bhd
Setapak Jaya, Kuala Lumpur

*Participants are to gather at APIIT for transport to destination

D'Muzic Session summary

First of all,

Many thanks to those who came and joined us,
I hoped that you had a great time, i knew i found it very interesting =D

Apologies on the shift in location, however it was a good change of event since the discussion room was much more comfortable,

Lots of thanks to kai, and also fellow guitarists, also to the pianist and drummer ^^

on behalf of the club i would also like to welcome all new members ^^ and i hope you will find other section of this club interesting.

today's session by far have explored on different types of guitars, the other gadgets along with it, types of guitar playing and the likes.
overall i've learn and experience lots from everyone ^^

and i hope the next coming sessions will also be and or more interesting
be informed that we will update members on the next upcoming session through the forum and mail,

our next upcoming event will be a trip visit to royal selangor pewters so standby for upcoming updates!

D'Muzic Session

D'Muzic is a session under D'ArtZ Music section.
It's a get-together session to share knowledge of music, the love for music, jamming together.

The session also proves as the club's very own band for any future performances.
The sessions aim is to gather music lovers in APIIT/UCTI
& to encourage a more enriching college life



Don't have any music background?
Fear not!
Simply attend the session, learn from us, members and even have a hands on experience.
Pick it up at your own pace.
You may even be able to perform with us in future events.



Sessions are on every Saturdays,
2 - 5 p.m

L2-5

Recruitment drive! & NEW event launch!

D'ArtZ Club is going to have a recruitment drive throughout of next week. We would like to encourage more new members to be a part of us! As a new growing club we hope to be able to recruit in more member interested in having some extra fun in their college life.

For those curious cats, feel free to catch us at the foyer and have a look out for our booth next week!

We would also like to announce that we will be launching our new event called "D'Muzic" which is targeted and based for members who are interested in "jamming" together or those who would like to experience and learn about music with a first hand/ hands on experience, next sat on the 10th of October.

more detailed information will be posted in due time.

We will be extensively advertising this "D'Muzic" session during our recruitment drive week.

#update

Dear members,

Please be inform there is a slight delay in our schedule due to the the R.E.D week being rescheduled later in this month. Once we have been contacted upon the details, activities will be run as planned. We would appreciate if members would check back weekly or rss our blog to be in constant contact with our weekly updates.

We will be introducing our new weekly music gathering roject during our recruitment drive and will commenced after R.E.D week. For details on this project, please visit our booth.

we will be having a week stretch recruitment drive starting next week!

those who wants to lend a hand in anyway, step right up!

we will also be launching our very own music social gathering sessions in hopes of people who would like to experience music first hand, jamm with us, simply share interest and the likes~
